Responsibilities
Receiving large amounts of incoming calls from customers and prospective customers.
Identifying Customers needs and providing a satisfying solution.
Keep records of interaction with customers and follow up to make sure customers are satisfied.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Keep the company’s management informed about customers complains
Requirements and Skills
Phone conversation handling skills.
Ability to respond and adapt to different types of customers.
Excellent communication and presenting skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Genuine desire to help Customers with patience, empathy and understanding
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND or BSC in relevant fields. Additional professional courses will be an edge.
