Job Type:
• Changing bed linen and towels.
• Making beds.
• Vacuuming floors.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Cleaning bathrooms.
• Replacing stocks of guest supplies.
• Re-stocking drinks in the mini-bar.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Clean all assigned guestrooms including: dusting, making beds,soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies .
• Sign in and out master keys daily.
•  Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Update and record all cleaned rooms .
• Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards.
• Report necessary maintenance items.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
 Provided information to guests regarding local attractions/services
• Prepared rooms for guest influx and responded to particular guest requests, for instance delivering newspapers or cleaning a spill
• Listened guests’ requests or complaints and acted accordingly
• Reported lost and found articles, safeguarding problems, or particular room problems to supervisor
• Maintained storeroom and stocked carts
• Emptied linen from maintenance cart into laundry cart
• Removed worn guest amenities and garbage
• Refilled guest amenities and supplies
Responsible for room cleaning, bed making and washrooms cleaning.
-Maintain overall ambience of the rooms.
-Responsible for making theme based guestrooms for example honeymoon suite, business suite etc.
-Responsible for sweeping and vacuuming floors.
-Responsible for cleaning and dusting all the vacant and occupied rooms.
-Making beds and changing linen. 
-Ensure guest amenities and supplies. 
-Remove amenities used by the guest and trash. 
-Maintain rooms as per the hotel standards
-Providing night room services if necessary.
-Adhered to the hotel’s safety policies.
-Report any maintenance required in the guestroom and nearby areas to housekeeping staff.
-Prepare room cleaning report and logbook on shift basis.
• Looked over rooms for security hazards and for the operating condition of utensils
